Acquire and share experiences related to the implementation of sports in DokuWiki

Sustainable sports for everyone begin with a sustainable, healthy environment.

During the hackathon, we will elaborate on the MVP SET.

Develop an inclusive, scalable, multi-tier platform and product suite that combines low-tech equipment, accessible interfaces, and optional advanced AI tools tailored for older adults.

Core components:

Age-friendly, low-cost equipment (ergonomic, lightweight, made from recyclable materials) along with simple adapters for common exercises.

A localized, privacy-first digital hub: featuring a large-font UI, voice control in Latvian, offline modes, and secure data handling; interoperable for B2C (individuals), B2B (care providers, gyms), B2G (municipal programs), and nonprofits.

Optional AI coaching modules: providing personalized exercise plans, fall prevention training, and motivational prompts — optimized to run on-device or via low-bandwidth servers to minimize CO2 emissions and reduce dependence on large cloud providers.

Training and integration packages for community organizations and care staff, as well as outreach kits for families to support seniors at home.
